Dan Kelly

Dan Kelly is a global thought leader and advisory board member within both public and private sectors. He started his career with the FBI but discovered that being a government employee wasn’t for him as he prefers a pay-for-performance (vs. time in grade) compensation model. Dan is the Founder of GSDFuel which specializes in designing and enabling highly lucrative and impactful direct investments into Clean Energy companies around the world. He is retained directly by private companies to design and deploy US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliant securities on their behalf. Dan continuously seeks to serve his ecosystem around the world and focuses on driving huge ROI impact. Dan has been issued a “Top Secret SCI” security clearance by the US Department of Justice (FBI) and a separate “Q” clearance by the US Department of Energy (DoE). Dan is a licensed private investigator through the State of Minnesota (LIC# 2178) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE - LIC# 564608) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. This, among other things, makes Dan a certified expert witness. Dan was recognized by INC Magazine as a result of his company, The Negotiator Guru, ranking #15 on the INC 5000 and the 2nd fastest-growing private company in Minnesota. Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from the University of Denver and Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Leo University. Dan is very active in many philanthropic efforts including the reduction of crimes against children.
