For more than thirty years Dave has been studying and teaching principles and practices for thriving in any circumstance. After a career teaching neuroscience, human development, physics, and mindfulness, he now helps CEO’s, professional athletes, and people from every walk of life adopt research-based practices for living, working, and communicating peacefully and effectively. A two-time cancer survivor, Dave has served as a lecturer at Stanford’s School of Health and Human Performance and is the author of Good Life Practice: A Quick Start Guide to Mindful Self-Regulation.
