Diana serves as Vice President of Strategic Pursuits at Merchants Fleet. She joined Merchants in February 1998. Diana is responsible for the pursuit strategy and successful implementation of strategic accounts. During her time at Merchants she has launched the sales operations function, developed many product lines, and executed strategic initiatives that drive enterprise value. Today she leads cross-functional teams towards operational excellence, elevates organizational talent, and contributes to the industry by serving on the Automotive Fleet Leasing Association’s Women In Fleet, Conference, and Virtual Learning task forces. Diana received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a certificate in strategic management from Harvard University Extension School. She is also currently finishing her Master of Liberal Arts in the field of Management at Harvard University Extension School. She lives in Goffstown, New Hampshire.
