John Hailer

With extensive experience in leadership at Natixis, John Hailer is now the Chairman of Diffractive Managers Group and the President of 1251 Capitol Group. As the President & CEO in the Americas and Asia at Natixis, John Hailer was responsible for the company's asset management affiliates in the US and Asia and its' worldwide distribution strategies. With the company for 18 years, Hailer helped Natixis strategically reposition itself as a global solutions provider and grow to become one of the largest asset managers in the world, with close to $1 trillion of assets under management. In addition to his extensive professional experience, John Hailer remains committed to philanthropic leadership. His civic involvements include serving as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the New England Council, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Back Bay Association Trustee of Boston Medical Center Former Chairman, and Current Trustee of the Boston Public Library.
