My career spans nonprofits, startups and global publicly traded companies. Currently I am CMO of The Wanderlust Group, a travel technology company that aims to get more people outside through its marinas.com, campouts.com and dockwa.com products. Prior to my current role, I led the product marketing and brand strategy at CRM company HubSpot, as it scaled from 6,000 customers to more than 95,000 worldwide.
This year, companies will need to level up their internal operations and systems to meet that surge in customer touchpoints, remove friction and duplication of efforts, and create a more seamless experience for customers.
