Rana serves as Chief Impact Officer with Keystone Group International, helping organizations build a purpose-driven strategic approach that drives meaningful and sustainable impact. Rana area of practice expertise is workplace culture where she guides organizations to great performance at the intersection of business and human needs. Rana has over 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, change facilitation, culture design and execution, leadership and organizational development, and peak performance. In addition, Rana has built highly effective systems related to Human Resources, Workforce Well-Being, Occupational Health and Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Organizational Communication. Rana’s broad experience, including starting her own business, involves government, non-profit, education, construction, utilities, and health care. Prior to joining Keystone Group, Rana served as Chief Culture Officer for the City of Sioux Falls, being one of the first in the nation to hold a position as such at the local government level. As a community leader, Rana is well known as an inspiring public speaker with an encouraging “can-do, time is now, take action” message. She can be regularly found on stage in a variety of capacities throughout the Midwest and on the national conference scene. Rana also invests her time to serve on several local community boards, and enjoys instructing in both local and higher education leadership development programs.
