With more than a decade of experience, Sylvia has a proven track record of developing strategic campaigns and business strategies for industry leaders in technology, finance, multifamily, government and more. Sylvia has led global strategies for brands including but not limited to Dell, Samsung, Bank of America, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and The United States Army. Under Sylvia’s leadership, Arize has gained a prominent presence in the smart apartment technology industry and is considered a budding leader in the market. Sylvia is well versed in IoT (Internet of Things) and has conceptualized a solid performing strategy for technologies and devices. With a deep understanding of technology, Sylvia specializes in centralized tech solutions and AaaS (Automation as a Service) in the multifamily industry. Prior to Arize, Sylvia served as a Vice President of Global Content Strategy at BNY Mellon, where she was responsible for analyzing the company’s regulation narrative gap and designing centralized messaging to promote regulatory content across the globe.
