Will Erlandson is the Chief Growth Officer at Relevance, a Columbia, Missouri-based specialized growth marketing firm. As a senior leader, Erlandson oversees sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and more. Under Erlandson’s leadership, the company's monthly recurring revenue tripled within a two-year period. Prior to his work at Relevance, Erlandson was a project manager at Keeling and Associates, an account strategist at Influence and Co., and a sales leadership consultant under his own LLC, WME consulting. During the pandemic, Erlandson developed a referral strategy network to develop new business, leading to record revenue numbers for 2020 and then 2021. A combat veteran, Erlandson spent 10 years in the army and the reserves, including four years on active duty and three overseas tours. A Psychological Operations specialist, Erlandson leverages relationship-building and strategic communication skills within a marketing context, creating customer trust and loyalty. Erlandson is a committed volunteer, having served as an executive board member for The Center Project, a Columbia-based organization serving the needs of the LGBTQ community, and is currently serving as a volunteer firefighter.
