Inga is a dynamic and engaging coach, facilitator and trainer specializing in leadership and management (including managing remote and culturally diverse teams), communication, conflict resolution and change management (both organizational and individual). As a coach she specializes in team and group coaching and executive coaching. She is a recognized author of business books and articles for leaders. One of her books was shortlisted by a major Polish economy magazine “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” for Economicus 2019 award. During her career, Inga has gained experience as a managing partner, business owner, consultant and a Board member in non-profit organizations on domestic and international level, which allows her to bring hands-on, credible experience to her sessions since she is familiar with the challenges one might experience during a corporate career. Moreover, she has been living and working in different countries that can contribute to her understanding for cultural diversity and its role in managing people. Currently she is located in Silicon Valley, California. Inga has worked across many industries including technology, banking, marketing, production and FMCG. Over the past ten years she has worked with businesses such as: Citibank, Nivea Beiersdorf, Danone Nutricia, Bonduelle, Naspers, Egnyte, Flextronics International Poland, Gemalto, Metsa Group, OLX Corporate, GetResponse, Cognifide (a WPP group). With over 10 years experience Inga has an interactive and motivational style of delivery. She is highly committed to building trust for participants so they can reach their peak potential. Her passion motivates delegates and adds extra value to their training experience. Inga has a MA in Literature and Linguistic from University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan and holds MCC ICF coaching credentials. She graduated from Non-Violent Communication school for trainers and mediators. She is a certified DiSC and FRIS consultant.
