Joseph Soares

Joseph Soares is a Managing Partner at IBPROM Corp. This global organizational development advisory firm helps clients develop transformative leaders through evidence-based assessments, training and facilitation, and executive coaching. Joseph has served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada and in various roles at the Senate of Canada, the Canadian House of Commons, Transport Canada, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and Canada's Privy Council Office. Joseph has extensive private sector experience in entrepreneurship, strategic communications, and professional advisory services. He is a member of the Forbes Human Resource Council, the Newsweek Expert Forum, the International Coaching Federation, and is a fellow of the Harvard Medical School's McLean Coaching Institute. He studied social sciences and business administration at the University of Quebec in the Outaouais, where he was awarded the 2022 Great Graduate – Career Stream Award for his professional accomplishments.
